Returns, exchanges & refunds

At a glance

This policy applies to all orders placed on zaikor.eu by consumers. It goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU and Belgian law: you have 30 calendar days to change your mind, without giving a reason.

What you can return

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is:

• unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it;
• complete, with all tags, labels and inserts still attached;
• in its original packaging where possible.

Boxing gloves and shin guards: you may try them on indoors with clean hands, ideally wearing hand wraps, to check the fit. Gear that has been used for training, bag work, pad work or sparring shows wear and odour and cannot be resold, so we can't accept it back. If an item has been used beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Apparel: try it on as you would in a shop. Items that have been worn outside, washed or have marks, odours or removed tags can't be accepted.

How to return or exchange

1. Tell us within 30 days. Email info@zaikor.eu or use our contact form with your order number, the items you are sending back, and whether you want a refund or an exchange (state the new size or colour). You can also use the model withdrawal form below. We will confirm by email within one working day.
2. Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging, and include your order number.
3. Send the parcel within 14 days of telling us, to:
   Zaikor Returns, 19 Rue Joseph Bens, 1180 Uccle, Brussels, Belgium.
   Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
4. We inspect the return and email you when your refund is issued or your exchange ships.

Exchanges

Need a different glove weight, size or colour? We'll send the replacement free of charge as soon as your return is on its way to us (we may ask for the tracking number). If the replacement is out of stock, we refund you in full instead.

If the new item costs more, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refunds

• We refund the price of the returned items and the standard delivery cost you paid if you return your whole order.
• Refunds are made within 14 days of the day you notify us. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever is earliest.
• We refund to the payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra working days to show the refund in your account.

Return shipping costs

For a refund, the cost of sending the item back is paid by you. For an exchange, you pay to send the item back and we pay to send the replacement.

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay all shipping costs. Email us photos and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Faulty items and legal guarantee

This return policy does not limit your statutory rights. Under Belgian law (Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the former Civil Code) you benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a defect appears within that period, contact us and we will repair or replace the item, or refund you if neither is possible.

Normal wear from training, misuse, or damage from not using hand wraps is not a defect.

Model withdrawal form

You can use this form, but you don't have to. A clear email to us is enough.
